Come ben sapete, questo acronimo identifica un modello per ottimizzare
la progettazione, realizzazione e gestione di costruzioni in ambito edilizio.
L’obbligo di specifici metodi/strumenti elettronici di progettazione è stato
introdotto dal nuovo codice Appalti ed è finalizzato a razionalizzare le attività
di progettazione e realizzazione. Nel nostro blog avevamo già affontato il
tema nell’articolo del 31 ottobre 2016 che porta come titolo: BIM UN SALTO
NEL FUTURO, oggi il futuro è già presente.
Nel decreto del 01 dicembre 2017 n°560 si sono stabilite le modalità e i
tempi di progressiva introduzione dei metodi e degli strumenti elettronici di
modellazione per l’edilizia nella fase di progettazione, per le nuove opere,
per interventi di recupero e riqualificazione.
